Climate change increases stress levels for crops and affects the economic and environmental aspects of agricultural management systems. The application of stress tolerance-mediating microorganisms is an auspicious strategy for improving crop protection, and as such, we developed a direct selection strategy to obtain cultivable microorganisms from promising bioresources using the bait plants. The book "Crop Protection: Management Strategies," not only provides references but also serves as guide and inspiration for future research into the realm of biological chemical, physical and quarantine aspects and onslaughts of modern agriculture on it.

This book provides an up-to-date account of progress and potential in the genetic improvement of grassland to meet all needs. It encompasses work on a wide range of temperate and tropical grassland species (including grasses, clovers and other forage legumes) and will interest all those concerned with grassland use in livestock-based. The book "Crop Protection: Management Strategies," not only provides references but also serves as guide and inspiration for future research into the realm of biological, chemical, physical and quarantine aspects and onslaughts of modern agriculture on it.

Individual volumes may cover topics like genome editing, phenotyping, molecular pharming, bioremediation, miRNA, fast-track breeding, crop evolution, IPR and farmers' rights, to name just a few. The books will demonstrate how advanced strategies in plant science can be utilized to develop and improve agriculture, ecology and the environment. Crop protection entails the study and identification of bacteria, fungi, viruses, nematodes, insects and mites which may infest plants. We also look into efficient techniques to trace and contain these pathogens. The reduction of and alternatives for pesticide use are also part of our research. RNAi in crop protection can be achieved not only by plant-incorporated protectants through plant transformation (transgenic) but also by nontransformative strategies such as formulations of sprayable dsRNAs used as direct control agents, resistance factor repressors, or developmental disruptors.

Therefore, the RNAi-based biopesticides are expected to reach the market also in the form Cited by: 3.
